Our Heart Chakra, which also rules our lungs and pulmonary system, teaches us Mastery of the Air Elementals. It also teaches us to be Masters of Integration. Our Heart Chakra is located in the center of our body and integrates the lower First, Second, and Third Chakras, with the higher Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Chakras.

In fact, our Heart Chakra integrates, all areas of our life, and is the core of our relationships with our self, others and the world in which we live. Just as our Heart Chakra teaches us Master over our relationships, it also creates a relationship between Person and Planetary Elementals.

When our heart functions well, the Water Elementals use our blood to carry oxygen, charged with life by the Air Elementals, throughout our body, in a clear and effective manner. Then our Earth Elementals, healthy with a rich supply of oxygen, repair and heal our tissue, as well as create the necessary biochemistry for our neural synapses, with the assistance of the Fire Elementals. Our Fire Elementals also feed our Kundalini and fuel the Three Fold Flame of our heart. A healthy, beating heart is the first symptom that a fetus is viable, and when your heart stops beating, it is the first sign of our death.

COMMUNING WITH ALL ELEMENTALS

Because our Heart Chakra is the great integrator of our body, when we commune with the Air Elementals of this chakra, we will also commune with the other, Personal Elementals. It is the power of love, especially the Unconditional Love of our aligned High Heart, which trains us to be Masters of Integration. Once we can Unconditionally Love all the elements and Elementals of our own body, we can Unconditionally Love—and, thus, deeply commune with—the Planetary Elementals. Therefore, we begin our communing by loving our self.

We take a long, slow, deep breath and FEEL Unconditional Love for our body. This may be a huge challenge for many, especially women in the “modern world” who have learned to gage their bodies by the standards of models and movie stars. Therefore, call upon the Goddess energy of Gaia for assistance, as the Goddess loves all her creatures alike without thought of size or shape.

Now, we breathe up from Mother Earth, and with our exhale we lovingly thank our bodies, and our Body Deva (the Group Elemental of our body) for allowing us a HOME for our consciousness, so that we can gain the experiences of life on Earth.

Next, we invite the Air Elementals to join the Water Elementals of our blood supply, as we sense their intimate partnership. They begin and end their joint journey in our heart, where our Three Fold Flame is expanded greatly by the Kundalini Force, which has brought the gift of our SELF and Divine Ideal into our Heart Chakra. We thank the Fire Elementals as they dance the vibrancy of our expanded Heart, and we call in the Earth Elementals to join the celebration of love that is occurring in our heart.

We lovingly send this joy down deep into the Mother, for where and who would we be without her. Our Kundalini Force, which connects us to Gaia, combines with the fire of Gaia’s heart to unite us—Heart-to-Heart. This intense grounding greatly accelerates our process of transformation. Our first dimensional, “mineral self” begins its transmutation to higher and higher frequencies; our second dimensional, “mammalian self” begins its return to a Multidimensional Being; and our third dimensional consciousness expands to encompass Planetary Consciousness.

As the Kundalini guides our Soul/SELF and Divine Ideal through the Portal to our High Heart, we have our first experience of Detached Compassion. Compassion from our heart has always been emotional and entangled, whereas Detached Compassion from our High Heart arises from our Multidimensional Perception. As we open the Portal to our High Heart, we connect our Multidimensional Soul/SELF to our thymus gland in our Heart Chakra. In this way, the Light of the higher dimensional energies can heal our wounds, traumas, and darkness.

Because the higher dimensions can easily perceive the lower ones, but the lower dimensions cannot see the higher ones, our Soul/SELF can perceive, and heal, the problems of which our lower self is not even aware. Also, since the Higher Light is omnipresent, it is able to prevent problems before they have a chance to manifest in the physical plane.

NOW, we deeply inhale, and focus on the Unconditional Love FLOWING from our High Heart, into our Heart Chakra, our physical heart, lungs and pulmonary system, as we exhale and RELAX.

As a mother gently holds her long-awaited newborn, our Divine Ideal is tenderly held within the core of our High Heart. We are not sure how our newborn will look, how it will behave, or who it will become. In the same fashion, we don’t know how our Divine Ideal will manifest in our life and on our planet. However, it has been born! Now we will tend it like we care for an infant. Our Ideal must be the first thing we think of in the morning and the last thing we think of before we fall asleep. In fact, we may wake up frequently during our sleep with our Divine Ideal crying for our attention.

This is when we need to trust our instincts, follow our intuitions, be empathic to our Ideal’s call, listen to it as it speaks to us telepathically, see it manifest in the higher planes with our clairvoyance, hear it with our clairaudience, feel it with our clairsentience, and ALWAYS hold it in our deepest Unconditional Love and Compassion.

Our Divine Ideal is our gift from the ONE, which we promised to manifest in the land of polarity to guide ourselves and our planet back to peace, love and unity. We WILL manifest our Ideal. We are more than halfway across the river now. NOTHING can make us go back.

Gradually, the first two sprouts sneak above the damp fertile soil. Lovingly, the light of the Sun caresses them, urging them to open wide to their New Reality. Too long, the young plant has hidden beneath the earth, afraid to face an unknown world of light. The darkness of its earthen reality was familiar and comfortable.

Yet, the two small arms have peered up from the safety of the only world they have known to venture into the light. “What will become of them,” whispers the roots who cling to the familiar. “We may never know,” they all agree. “Nonetheless, together, we will hold firm to create a base for the part of us that has ventured into an unknown land.”

To their surprise, they DID know because they felt the flow of light sent down to them by their brave pioneer. Gradually, this added light fed the roots to make them bigger, deeper, and stronger. Mystically, they could feel the movement of their leaves as they grew taller and more plentiful each day.

Together, they rejoiced at the birth of their first flower. How did they know of this birth? The leaves told them. Yes, the land above was no longer “unknown” to the roots, as they communed with the rest of their SELF, the leaves, on a regular basis.

Slowly, the roots expanded into new underground territory to intermingle with other roots. They also formed a center root that dug deep into the core of their Mother Earth. Just as the auxiliary roots intertwined with other roots to create a network just below the surface, the center roots communed with each other via the fertile soil that connected them.

One day, the roots discovered that they were no longer “just a plant.” “We have Become ONE with a Garden,” their plant joyfully communed to them. As the roots communed with the other roots in their network, they further learned that they each supported different plants, which bloomed different flowers, at different times. But, blissfully enough, each root, each leaf, each plant and each flower was ONE with the Garden they had become.

The roots were proud of their plant, but so wished that they could see the Garden of which they were a part. “Go inside your self,” whispered the Sun. “Travel up your own roots into your stem, out past the leaves and up into YOUR flower.”

“Our flower?” they said. “We are not flowers. We are just roots.”

“Ahh,” cooed the Sun. “I come down into you, the roots, so that the flowers can bloom. So, please, come up to me so that I may thank you for your service.”

“Our service?” the roots asked in one voice.

“Yes, dear roots, you are the parents of your plant. You first conceived of it while you where just a seed. You gestated the seed through the long, cold winter, and in spring, you were the ones who formed a support system when your flower was just a seedling.

“You pulled the water and minerals from the soil to nurture your plant and empowered it with your strong foundation. You are the reason there is a Garden, for you were able to release a part of you, so that it could go off into an unknown land. You neither judged nor reprimanded it. In fact, instead, you supported what you did not even understand.

“You see dear roots, you are the inner life that allows your flower to bloom in the glory of my Sun. Without YOU, there would be no plant, no flower and NO Garden. Because you were courageous enough to experience what you did not understand, YOU will receive my LIGHT!”

The 3D Game is a grand illusion, a hologram, which was created so that fragments, which are actually copies of our total SELF, could experiment with the polarity of light and dark. Since the higher dimensions are beyond polarity, there is only light. Light can only cast “the shadow of darkness” in a polarized reality that is separate from the ONE. In truth, of course, there is no separation from the ONE. Therefore, there is no darkness. Darkness is an illusion of the 3D Hologram.

In order to experience the 3D Game, a fragment of the White Light (all colors in ONE) of our Multidimensional SELF moved through the prism of the third dimensional matrix to create many colors, including no color (darkness). Since we are integrating our Soul/SELF into our earth vessel, we are beginning to KNOW that light and love are Truth, whereas darkness and fear are illusion.

We have learned that only our Multidimensional SELF resonates beyond separation, which is why we are integrating it. However, there are still many who have not been able to free themselves of illusion. Because of this, there are currently two realities, the “horizontal/third dimensional reality” and the “vertical/multidimensional reality,” which coexist in a crisscross fashion. The horizontal reality is the 3D Game of Illusion, which is best perceived with the five physical senses of our ego. Conversely, the vertical reality is the multidimensional reality of the ONE, “Heaven on Earth,” which can only be perceived with the higher senses of our integrated Soul/SELF. At each point where these realities overlap there is a “Window.”

OPENING THE WINDOW

Each Window is a portal, which we open when we integrate our Multidimensional SELF into our physical body. Through downloading the higher vibrations of our Soul/SELF into the lower vibrations of our ego/self, we create small openings in the illusion of our third dimensional reality that allow the infinite potential of the vertical, multidimensional reality to weave into the limited potential of the horizontal, third dimensional reality.

The point where the vertical and horizontal realities overlap is the “Point of Integration,” the intersection of the weave of interwoven threads where both realities exist simultaneously. The Point of Integration is the “Window” through which we can perceive, interact with and blend the horizontal and vertical realities into Oneness.

However, each Window can become blocked by the “ripples of fear” that emanate from experiences and behaviors which have deeply affected the Collective and Planetary Consciousness, as well as the actual land, sea, sky and creatures of planet Earth. To blend the horizontal and vertical realities, we must “calm the ripples of fear.”

The two realities can only be blending into ONESS by the creators of the ripples—members of the third dimension. Therefore, we who still hold the form of a 3D earth vessel are needed to transmute these ripples of fear. Then the Windows can be opened and the Point of Integration can accept the FLOW of the ONE into our third dimensional world. Just as slowly dripping purple ink into clear water will eventually make the water purple, the gradual “drip” of the vertical, multidimensional reality into the horizontal, third dimensional reality will eventually transform our physical reality.

With the increased power of communication and creativity of our integrated Throat Chakra, we can perceive these ripples on an energetic level. As we go through our mundane life, we may suddenly, or gradually, become aware of a ripple of fear in the fabric of our reality. When this happens, we can use the Power of Creativity to transmute the ripple of fear into the FLOW of Unconditional Love to “open the Window.”

When we FEEL that dissonance and fear have attached to our body and/or our environment, we can:

1. Ground ourselves by breathing up from the core of Gaia and into our Heart and Throat Chakras…

2. Merge our consciousness with the Unconditional Love and Detached Compassion of our integrated High Heart/Heart Chakra…

3. Stretch our right hand out toward the ripple, as we exhale through our mouth (Throat Chakra) to direct the Love and Compassion out from our right hand towards the ripple of fear…

4. With our out-breath, direct Compassion and Unconditional Love toward the ripple of fear…

5. Maintain this exercise until the ripple is calmed…

In this manner, we can transmute darkness and fear into light and love, as well as open the Windows at the Points of Integration between the vertical and horizontal realities. Once the Windows are opened, all we need “DO” is “BE” the opened Portal through which the ONE can Flow. With the ripples calmed, the fear of the horizontal, third dimensional realities will no longer block the healing FLOW of the vertical, higher dimensional realities.

COMMUNING WITH THE ETHERIC

Our Throat Chakra teaches us Mastery of the Etheric Element and to be Masters of Transmutation. The Etheric Element is the interface between the third and fourth dimension, which guides us into the FLOW of the fourth dimensional River of Light connecting the third dimension to the ONE. It is through opening the FLOW of the ONE into our physical reality, that we transmute the lower frequency thoughts, emotions, actions, behaviors and forms into their higher frequency expression.

Since we have established relationships with the Elementals, we are now ready to commune with the higher dimensional Group Elementals, the Devas, and the highest expression of “Holders of Form,” the Elohim. We will now take a moment to commune with these great beings. Communication is the lower octave of communing. When we communicate, we are aware that we are “separate” beings. However, when we commune, we blend into Oness and touch each other’s Souls.

When we commune, words are not necessary and often too slow to grasp the full meaning that is being relayed. When we commune through our Throat Chakra, we use our expanded senses of telepathy, empathy, clairaudience and clairsentience to KNOW the message we are receiving. We will then need to use our Throat Chakras creative force to translate that message into our native, third dimensional language. We can translate our message by drawing a picture, playing music, dancing, and speaking through our High Heart.

With the higher communication of our Throat Chakra, we can commune with our Body Deva, who is the overseer of all our Personal Elementals, to thank it for its great service. We can also ask if there is any area of our body that might need an extra blessing of our Unconditional Love, Acceptance, and/or Forgiveness.

We take a moment now to give and accept the blessing from our Soul/SELF to our Body Deva…

We make sure to ground our Essence deep in the body of Gaia, so that our Body Deva can fully accept its gift...

Through grounding the blessing of our Soul/SELF, we share our gift with the Planetary Elementals and all the Group Devas who are overseeing Gaia’s great forests, mountains, deserts, mountains and valleys...

We also share our blessing with Group Devas who assist and protect the many human creations, such as buildings, bridges, cities, airplanes, ships and, even, homes...

Now, we expand our consciousness further and further until we can perceive the great Elohim, who serve with the Angels to channel the Higher Light of Spirit into our third dimensional reality…

We hear the flap of the Angels wings and see the glorious light of the Elohim who assists our form to accept it…

We FEEL the Elohim and Angels who engulf us in their mighty Essence, assisting us to contain this LOVE in our 3D form…

Using our Throat Chakra’s expanded perceptions, we listen to the message that accompanies their blessing…

With our advanced, multidimensional perceptions of instinct, intuition, empathy, telepathy, clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience, and compassion, we have also gained precognition. The expansion of our consciousness to encompass the Wisdom of our Causal Bodies allows us, with practice, to discern a “Possible Reality” from a “Probable Reality.”

A Possible Reality is a road that we may, or may not, choose to travel. On the other hand, a Probable Reality is already in place in the higher dimensions. As we surrender to our Soul, it will guide us into this reality. Of course, we could always choose to ignore our Soul/SELF and take another path. Earth is a planet of free will, and we can choose the reality which we wish to experience.
