The Fourth, Heart and Fifth, Throat, Chakras rule areas of our life which are often under the direction of our conscious mind. Hence, these chakras are known as the “Conscious Chakras.” As we allow the spark of our Multidimensional SELF and the seed of our Divine Ideal to enter into the Fourth and Fifth Chakras, we begin to rise above the limitations of our life history.

At this point, we are able to create a new reality that is based on the here and now of our present day life, rather than the core beliefs and fears of our past. As we integrate our Soul/SELF into these chakras, we understand more each day how our thoughts are the “light” that form the matrix for the manifestation of our desires, and our emotions are the “sounds” that launch that matrix into a creation. We also comprehend that, it is our conscious intention that grounds our dream into our everyday reality.

With our Soul/SELF integrated into our Solar Plexus Chakra, we become more “conscious” of our thoughts. Once we are aware of and able to hear our thoughts, we are able to clear our negative thinking by replacing it with positive affirmations. In this manner, we create a clear matrix for the manifestation of our Divine Ideal. When Soul/SELF is integrated into our Fourth, Heart, Chakra, we can more readily access our innate Unconditional Love to breathe life into our Ideal. Once integrated into our Throat Chakra, our Soul/SELF can then use its creative and powerful intention to ground our Ideal in our daily life.

Being a conscious creator requires that we are aware of the thoughts that live in our minds, the emotions which stay in our bodies, and the intentions that drive our will. In order to do this, we must move beyond being dependent on others and take full responsibility for the life that WE have created. Too often, when we are embroiled in the day-to-day fight for survival, it is difficult to observe ourselves with any degree of objectivity. Our victim self becomes so busy feeling sorry for itself that we cannot see the forest for the many trees that are blocking the way. Therefore, we must climb the steps that symbolize the three phases of “Being Consciousness” so that we can observer ourselves from the perspective of a mature, dependable leader rather than a frightened victim.

There are many of us who have made great strides in the expansion of our consciousness, but still hold on to some elements of being a victim. To own the full power of conscious creation, we must be conscious of ALL levels and forms of victimization, so that we can understand why WE have created that drama. Once we understand why and how WE created our illusion of struggle and strife, WE can choose to release it. Within the comfort of the Unconditional Love streaming from our Soul, we can unconditionally accept that EVERYTHING that we have experienced has been a portion of the life that our Soul chose for us to assist us in remembering our SELF.

Once we unconditionally accept that we create our own reality, we are able to unconditionally forgive everyone and everything that has caused us harm. Most important, when we realize that there are NO mistakes and NO accidents, that everything and everyone in our life has been orchestrated to guide us towards the light, we can unconditionally forgive and unconditionally accept ourselves. Then, we can project that pure energy force of forgiveness out into our reality.

Before we were born, our Soul/SELF volunteered to manifest our Divine Ideal. However, from the unity of the ONE we may have forgotten how dense and difficult the third dimension can be. When we understand that it is because we were able to conform to the life into which we had been born that we are now on the verge of being the conscious creators of our life and our Divine Ideal, we can more readily accept the FLOW of Unconditional Love from our Soul.

As we climb the three steps of to “being conscious,” we revisit who we have been and anticipate who we wish to be. We will, also, fully recognize that our true SELF is a Multidimensional Being of Light who was brave enough to enter the third dimensional schoolroom of Earth.

Three steps may not seem like much, but many people have spent their entire lives limited to Step One or Two. Imagine now that we are climbing our Inner Stairway to make our thoughts and emotions conscious, so that we may join them with our conscious intention. It is this brief journey, which too often takes a lifetime to complete. However, as we ascend each step, we create our bridge to freedom from unconscious re-creation to conscious creation.

THE FIRST STEP—DEPENDENT CONSCIOUSNESS
This step is steep indeed and takes much courage to ascend.

We may have lived a large part of our life here. Perhaps, we still do, at least some of the time. On this step we feel that we have no ability to control our state of consciousness or our life. We react to each stimulus without observation or reflection. Situations, and people outside of us create each moment and experience, and we feel powerless, anxious and depressed because we believe that there is nothing that we can do to repair our life.

We are the victim of our circumstances and take no responsibility for the quality of our life. We are completely dependent on others to create our life for us. At this stage we have Dependent Consciousness.

THE SECOND STEP—INDEPENDENT CONSCIOUSNESS
This step can become too comfortable and only a call from within can force us onward.

On this step, our life is improving. We are gaining more control of our self and our reality, which gives us a sense of independence and the individuality that independence brings. Our “self control” proves that we have a choice regarding where we place our attention. This choice gives us the freedom to choose to respond, interact, ignore, or leave a situation, person, or experience.

We are expanding our consciousness enough to rise above our experiences and realize that, according to the laws of “Cause and Effect,” our own choices and responses create the quality of our life. However, we only perceive the smaller, third dimensional Cause and Effect, as our conscious perception of other dimensions has not yet been remembered. At this stage we have Independent Consciousness.

THE THIRD STEP—DEPENDABLE CONSCIOUSNESS
Here the rewards are the greatest, but so are the challenges.

On this step, we have grown into the mature, dependable leader and creator that is our birthright. We are consciously aware of our personal programs of limitation and our Darkside, as well as our Multidimensional SELF. This awareness allows us to recognize and transmute our inner "victim" into a strong, dependable "creator." We continually seek to expand our consciousness by intentionally integrating our Multidimensional Soul/SELF into our physical body. Because of this, we see each situation as an opportunity for growth and transformation as, more and more, we surrender our physical life to our Soul.

As we continue to integrate our Soul/SELF, we can quietly face the many responsibilities of our physical life. We are aware of our state of consciousness and realize how it is based on our thoughts, emotions and intentions. We have also learned to love ourselves enough to forgive ourselves if our creations are challenging or feel "out of your control." Therefore, we are able to continually try new things and enjoy our expanding creativity. We now view our physical form as a vessel through which we can express the great light of our SELF, and we realize that our greatest power comes not “from us,” but “through us.” At this stage we have Dependable Consciousness.

 

A vessel of Light
adrift on the sea,
the truth in the moment,
our Soul is set free

For now and forever
awareness explores
the memory of visions
from the sands of both shores.

The shores of the darkness
and those of the light,
connected together,
our wings can take flight.

We soar above waters
and into the sky
to learn of the reason
and answer the why.

Then bring it back down
to be placed on the alter,
to feel the connection,
hold the truth, and not falter.

To know of the darkness
and surround it with light.
The love in the vessel
can heal all the fright.

The light
can then enter
from our Soul
who’s the sender

to create
a beginning
where LOVE
is still winning !

 

Our Sixth, Brow, Chakra and our Seventh, Crown, Chakra, rule areas of our life that are normally under the direction of our superconscious mind, hence, they are known as the chakras of the Superconscious. Whereas our unconscious creation was a re-creation of our past until it was healed, and our conscious creation was based on “being conscious” of our thoughts, emotions and intentions, our superconscious creation is a process of living in surrender.

Once we have surrendered control of our biological earth vessel to our Soul, and assigned our ego to the task of grounding our physical body and attending to mundane tasks, the new “operating system” of our Soul/SELF will take charge of creating our reality. To the extent that our consciousness is still centered in our ego/self, we feel like we are “surrendering.” On the other hand, to the extent that our consciousness in centered in our Soul/SELF, we feel like we are “creating.”

By integrating our Soul/SELF into our Sixth and Seventh Chakras and opening our Third Eye, we will complete the process of allowing Soul to Captain our earth vessel. We will likely still hear our ego’s voice and have the “normal” struggles with mundane life, but we will have activated a new operating system. Like many new operating systems, it can take a while before we have mastered all the systems enough to make good use of them. Thus, we may still find ourselves “working hard.” After all, we have gotten a lot of good press about being a hard worker and had very little experience of “living in surrender.”

The new inner voice and expanded perceptions of our Soul/SELF have opened up many new windows of opportunity. When we can keep our newly awakened higher perceptions attuned to our daily consciousness, these “windows” will naturally open to welcome the Flow of new potentials. For most of us, life has been a process of logical, sequential planning and effort. To release our mind to the Flow of surrender is, indeed, a challenge. However, the surrender is not in the “doing” but in the “being.” As long as we are BEING our SELF, we can open our heart and mind to each new opportunity.

However, too often we get so embroiled in the DOING of life that we revert back to our struggling ego/self. Even though we have reassigned our ego to grounding and mundane life, effort is familiar, which makes it comfortable and easier. Habit is a powerful force, and one which we must constantly confront if we are to allow this great transformation to occur in our life. To live in surrender we need to constantly take moments throughout our day to calibrate and re-calibrate our attention, and intention, to finding the Center Current of the Flow.

The flow is like a river. There is a Center Current, which can be difficult to locate and to enter when our minds are embroiled in the many challenges and conflict of daily life. In fact, at these times we may even forget that there is a Flow. We have struggled and “tried hard” our entire life. We have searched for, studied, learned and sought after. To suddenly release the manner in which we have lived our entire life to merely relax into the Center Current of the ONE is a complex transition. We can look at an experienced skier or swimmer and it appears to be simple. However, those of us who have learned these skills know that it took much experience to make these movements appear simple.

In the same manner, it will take much experience to “fall into the Flow.” Every fiber of our being is used to, in fact, addicted to, effort. Only by remembering, again and again, to relax into a new way of moving through life, will we gain the needed experience to make it “look simple.” If we can take a few moments at the top of the day to find the Center Current of the Flow of the ONE, it is much easier to re-locate it as we move through our busy day. Eventually, when our Soul/SELF has taken complete command of our earth vessel, we will KNOW the FLOW as HOME and naturally attune our awareness to it in every moment of our ever-present NOW

 

The Flow is like a river
It is wide, yet it is narrow
It soars like an eagle
And is gentle as a sparrow

The dawn across its waters
Glistens in the Sun
And everyone we’ve ever known
We find within its ONE

A part of us may not accept
The world our Flow will make
And can’t release the Core-Belief,
Old fashioned “GIVE ‘n TAKE”

But we cannot Give within the Flow
For no one there will Take
Instead we know, within that Flow
Our LIFE is what WE Make

The part of us that wants and gives
Is still outside the Flow
While the ONE inside is doing fine
And has no need to Know

This is the ONE we’ve always known
And sometimes can’t allow
The SELF we truly want to BE
But can’t remember how

Sometimes the Flow is easy
And pulls us to its heart
Sometimes the Flow is far away
A place where hope can start

If we could just surrender
Our woes into the Flow
We’d find that ONE we’ve always been
And allow that SELF to show

And when we can remember
To Fall into the Flow
We’ll follow it into its Heart,
To watch our True SELF grow

Then we’ll plant our growing SELF
Deep into Mother Earth
So the life we MAKE inside
Can blossom in Re-Birth

Then the Flow we once believed
Was outside our reality
Will be WITHIN us once again
This “time” for ALL finality
